With over 22 years of experience in employee relations, a degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations, and a Masters degree in Education, I have an extensive background in working in employer-employee relations.
Frequent research into state and federal labor laws and regulations such as mandated NYS Sexual Harassment Prevention training, Paid Family Leave, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, and OHSA have provided experience that can assist your business.
